NCSoft hinted at a possible release date for Guild Wars 3 in their latest earnings call. Because of a loan coming due in Q2 2028, this is a likely deadline for ArenaNet to release the game - although of course the loan could also simply be extended.
The loan is over 85 million USD from NCSoft to ArenaNet.
